Alexander Herbst, born May 18, 1965 in Berlin, has been Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Payment A1M SE since April 6, 2022. As CEO, he is responsible for Sales, Business Development, Operations and Marketing.
Alexander Herbst has been active in the payment services industry since 1999. For example, as Chief Financial Officer, he helped build Wirecard AG in its early years until December 2002. He was also CEO of Simfy AG, a pioneer in the music streaming sector, from 2013 – 2016. Since 2003, he has been Managing Director of A1M GmbH, which later became Deutsche Payment A1M AG. Since 2014, he has been member of the Management Board and CEO of Deutsche Payment A1M AG. After the reverse IPO between Deutsche Payment A1M AG and Doralis SE and its change of name to Deutsche Payment A1M SE, he has been its CEO since April 6, 2022.

Dr. Tobias Hagemann, born May 1, 1986 in Berlin, has been a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Payment A1M SE since April 6, 2022. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for Finance, which includes Controlling, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Tax and Investor Relations, Legal & Compliance, HR, and Corporate Governance.
Tobias Hagemann studied International Business Administration (M.Sc., 2013) and European Business Law (LL.M., 2015) at the European University Frankfurt/Oder with stays abroad in Turkey, Australia, and Poland as well as International Tax Law (LL.M., 2021) at King’s College London. Between 2013 and 2017, he researched and worked in the areas of accounting and tax law as a research assistant in Frankfurt/Oder. In November 2016, he was awarded his doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.). Tobias Hagemann then worked as a tax consultant at various auditing firms, including two Big4 firms and, until the end of 2021, the Next6 firm Mazars, where Hagemann was most recently a partner. Tobias Hagemann is a lecturer in the areas of accounting and taxation at the EBS University of Economics and Law, the European University Viadrina, the Federal Finance Academy, and others.

Alexander Eberl, born on January 10, 1980 in Vienna, has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Payment A1M SE since April 6, 2022, after having already served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the predecessor company Deutsche Payment A1M AG.
Alexander Eberl looks back on 15 years of track record in management and C-level positions at industry leaders in the field of system catering and related technology and payment companies. He has gained extensive experience in supervisory and advisory board functions (e.g., Vapiano UK, Haferkater, foodforecast) and is active as an investor and advisor throughout Europe. Currently, he also acts as External Advisor to WhiteSpace Partners International Ltd. and Senior Advisor to ennea capital partners GmbH.

Jan-Frederik Valentin is founder and Managing Partner of ennea capital partners. Previously, he was Director Media & Marketing of COMVEL GmbH, CEO of Travel24.com AG, Director Strategy Marketing & Touristik of Unister GmbH and Managing Director of Kayak Europe. He is also an Advisor of HOWZAT Partners and Kaizen VC and a Partner of HOWZAT ennea Group.

Florian Distler has been Managing Director (CCO) of Paracelsus-Kliniken Deutschland GmbH & Co. KGaA since 2022. From 2019 – 2022, he was already authorized signatory and Head of Purchasing & Medical Technology and previously Managing Director and founder of KDD Digital Healthcare GmbH. He also worked as Business Director at Medtronic and as a consultant in the Pharma Healthcare sector at Porsche Consulting.

Veronika Christlein has been Head of License Management at Deutsche Payment since April 4, 2022 and was previously responsible for Accounting & Administration and Sales since joining on December 1, 2020.
Before joining Deutsche Payment, Veronika Christlein worked in various functions at Wirecard AG. She has many years of experience in the areas of merchant compliance and onboarding, sales as well as fraud and risk management.

Nadine Prescher
Nadine Prescher has been Head of Operations & Risk at Deutsche Payment since June 6, 2022.
After studying Art History at the Free University of Berlin, her path led her via operational stations in the eCommerce sector to the Berlin FinTech world. In addition to stations such as Groupon, she held operational management positions at FinTechs such as Raisin and Solarisbank before deciding to take over the operational management at Deutsche Payment A1M SE.

Dr. Erik Hermann has been Head of Marketing and Investor Relations since May 1, 2022.
He studied International Business Administration (M.Sc., 2011) and European Business Law (LL.M., 2017) at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) with a stay abroad in Portugal and received his PhD in 2016. Before joining Deutsche Payment, Dr. Erik Hermann worked as a post doc at the European University Viadrina, as an advertising policy officer at the German Advertising Federation (ZAW), as a consultant at Mazars, and as a project manager at the IHP Leibniz Institute for Innovative Microelectronics.

Marcus Schulze has been Head of Sales at Deutsche Payment A1M SE since July 01, 2022.
Prior to joining Deutsche Payment, Marcus Schulze gained experience in various sales management and business development positions, including Managing Director of National-Inkasso GmbH and Senior Sales Business Development Manager at Atradius Collections. Most recently, he was General Representative of NX Technologies GmbH (bezahl.de).

Volkan Kösebas has been working as Head of Controlling for Deutsche Payment A1M SE since May 16, 2022.
He studied International Business Administration (B.Sc.) at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) with stays abroad in Australia and Turkey. Before joining Deutsche Payment, Volkan Kösebas worked as a HR controller in the healthcare industry, as a project controller in the real estate industry and as a consultant for a large auditing firm.

Alper-Benjamin Wagner, Tax Advisor
Alper-Benjamin Wagner has been Head of Tax since March 16, 2022.
He studied Business Law with a focus on Tax Law (LL.B.) at HTW Berlin and Business Administration with a focus on International Tax Planning and Design (M.Sc.) at Mannheim Business School / University of Mannheim. He has also been appointed as a tax advisor since June 2021. Prior to joining Deutsche Payment, Alper-Benjamin Wagner worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young GmbH WPG and Mazars GmbH & Co. KG in Berlin.
